We have shopped Mattress Firm for over 8 years our first mattress was terrific and is now used for guests. Our second mattress, a Beauty Legend, is horrible. That is not the sals persons fault. What we tested in the store was comfy and made our purchase based on our personal preferences. We will continue to shop there based on their wide selection and the sales person.
